Are you one of those people who think they should do more exercise but never gets around to it? Or maybe you’d like to lose weight but find it difficult to motivate yourself? Or maybe you’re just looking for a new hobby or a place to meet new people?
Well, you’ve come to the right place! jogscotland can help you achieve all or any of these things. Already we’ve had 20, 000 people come through our programme since we started in 2002, through our 360 strong, country-wide jogging groups.
Our groups are growing all the time, but if you’re still searching for an excuse not to come, you can’t avoid us for ever - we are even breaking into the ‘safety’ of your workplace, with over 100 workplace groups now in place in companies across Scotland.
Junior jogscotland is also going down a storm, with over 1200 primary schools and youth groups across the country using the junior jogscotland resource pack to help get our youngsters enjoying physical activity so much that they make healthy choices as they grow up.
