Ahhhh breathe it in, that fresh start feeling, the excitement of the unknown year ahead...it must be January!
Sooo hands up those of you who made the New Year's Resolution to lose weight? Get fit? Get a new hobby? Well you have come to the right place to do all of these!
jogscotland has had over 19,000 people through the programme since it started in 2002, and has over 300 groups in local communities and in around 100 workplaces, plus we are getting new groups starting all the time!
Our 2009 Co-operative jogscotland 5k summer challenge series was our biggest yet! With over 4500 people taking part.
The Co-operative sponsored Junior jogscotland programme is going down a storm, with over 1200 Primary Schools and Youth Groups around the country already with Junior jogscotland resource packs, and hundreds of children already taking part in the games based activity programme!
