This evening's episode on STV features the Mackie family from Peterhead - including jogscotty Linda.
Coached off the couch introduces Scottish families to a range of different sports and some top coaches to encourage them to become more active.In tonight's episode, mother and daughter Olympians Liz and Eilish McColgan offer advice to the Mackies as they try out some athletics together. The family also has the chance to take a shot at surfing and karate.
Mum Linda is no stranger to running as a member of her local jogscotland group, which wins great praise from Liz McColgan as the ideal way to exercise in sociable, supportive surroundings.
