The month of sport starts on October 22nd, with the chance to try out a whole range of sports.

 The festival is part of the push deliver a lasting legacy from the Commonwealth Games 2014, and will offer the chance to try out a whole range of activities, from athletics to judo to ice skating.

Two jogscotland groups will be offering free taster sessions during the festival. Jogscotland Rosemount will welcome runners at Westburn Tennis Centre at 6.30pm on October 24th and 31st, and November 7th and 14th. Jogscotland WFT will run sessions at the Beach Leisure Centre at the same time on October 22nd and 20th, and November 5th and 12th – contact Dave Gove on 07894 729 538 or jogscotlandwft@mail.com. 

Other events during the festival cater for young and old and all abilities; there will be a low-impact health walk, a Multi-Sports Club sessions for people with disabilities, and a whole range of other activities. To see the full programme of events CLICK HERE.
