Jogscotland Awards 2012 - The Shortlist
08 / 10 / 2012
We have announced the shortlist for this year’s jogscotland Awards.
We had an unusually large number of nominations this year, and have read - and appreciated - every word. It has been wonderful to hear about the number of dedicated individuals and enthusiastic groups across the country.
Those who have made it onto the shortlist range from East to West, the Highlands to the Borders. Each of them shows in its own way how the hard work of individuals involved in jogscotland amounts to a life-changing, inspiring programme, which makes a real difference right across the country.
The winners will be announced at our Annual Awards Dinner at the Glasgow Marriott on October 27th, where the guest of honour will be Paralympic hero David Weir. Tickets for the event are £40 – to book yours, please email mary.anderson@scottishathletics.org.uk. The same address can be used to book places on our Jog Leaders’ conference, which takes place on the same day (and which is open to all – not just Jog Leaders). Tickets for the conference are just £15, thanks to subsidy from our partners, Nuffield Health.
