Open Day at jogscotland Calderbank

Come along to find out more about jogscotland from Jog Leader Joe Fennessey - or bring your friends along.
Joe has arranged an opening evening on September 26th for people who would like to find out more about the group.
He will talk about jogscotland, jogging schedules and the benefits of jogging, as well as enticing new members with news of the medals, certificates and 5K Challenges that the group gets involved with. Existing members of the group will also come along to chat about their experiences, and there will be a free jog trial session.
