Step out on Sunday to help the Puffin Pool

Raise money for the hydrotherapy pool in Dingwall with this fun run/walk/push.
The 5K fundraiser will start from the Puffin Pool in Dingwall on Sunday afternoon (23rd), and is open to walking, running and wheelchair participants.
The money raised will go to help run the Puffin Pool, a registered charity which offers hydrotherapy to residents of the Highlands and Islands who suffer from pain, injury, illness and disability. The buoyancy and resistance of the warm water allows stretching of muscles, less painful movement of the joints, strengthening of the muscles, improved gait and improved balance. There can also be psychological and social benefits to using the pool, and the atmosphere is conducive to relaxation.

Registration starts at 1pm for all participants, with walkers starting at 2.15pm, wheelchair users at 2.30pm and runners at 2.45pm. Entry fees in advance are adult: £5, under 16 £2.50; disabled £2.50, or you can register on the day for an extra £1. Under-eights must be accompanied by adults.
