Get a friend into running - and win Saucony kit for you both!

Women's Running magazine and Arthritis Research UK want runners to encourage a friend to follow in their footsteps.
If you love running but have a friend who is not so keen, or doesn't have the confidence to take it up, take a look at the Women's Running website.
The magazine, with Arthritis Research UK, has launched a nationwide challenge to try and turn the trainer-shy into new runners. They want you to persuade your friend to take up a beginners' running programme, and then complete a 3K, 5K or 10K run together. Submit photographs of the challenge, a first-hand account from your friend, and the most inspiring story will win Saucony kit, as well as featuring regularly in Women's Running magazine.

Oh - and don't forget to encourage your friend to join jogscotland, too!
