Do you know someone under the age of 30 who helps "promote health, development and values through sports and culture" among young people in their community? Nominations for this award close on July 31.
The Commonwealth Youth Programme seeks to recognise people who make a difference to the lives of young people in their community or country.There are several possible reasons for nominating someone, including the promotion of better health through sporting activities. If you know someone who has really dedicated themselves to getting young people involved in sports in your area, whether in a professional or voluntary capacity, why not nominate them?
Nominees should be no older than 29 on 31st December 2012.
