Guidelines for registering a team
TEAM CHALLENGE COMPANY JOGSCOTLAND 5K CORPORATE CHALLENGE
This is your chance to raise money for one of jogscotland’s three worthy causes and be into win some fantastic prizes for your team!
Prizes will be awarded for the team who raises the most money for jogscotland’s chosen charities, Children 1st, British Heart Foundation Scotland or Diabetes UK Scotland. For information on each of these charities please click here.
There will also be a prize for the fastest team per 5k challenge. The overall race time will be calculated by the average finishing time over all of the team members.
To help you register please follow these guidelines:
1) Visit www.jogscotland.org.uk/corporatechallenge to register
2) Teams should consist of four or more people
3) The Team Captain should register the team first by clicking on “click here” to register a new team” after inputting his/her own personal registration details
4) Each team member will need to register individually after the team captain; they will need to enter the exact team name (which should appear as soon as they type the first letter of team name in a drop down box) after the team captain has registered
5) Each team member will get a link to their own fundraising page to email out to friends/family to register donations
6) scottishathletics members, gold and silver jogscotland members are entitled to a £2 discount off the standard entry price. You will need a discount code for this, please contact elaineb@scottishathletics.org.uk with your membership number if you do not know the codes.
6) If entering the Team Challenge jogscotland 5k Corporate Challenge please leave step 7 blank when asked on a team name, this is for teams who are not competing in this challenge.
7) Entries for the Team Challenge jogscotland 5k Corporate Challenge will only be taken online and payment options are via cheque or credit card. The cheque should be made out to Scottish Athletics Ltd. If paying by cheque please make sure you also include a list of all team members’ names and the name of the team in a clearly marked envelope to: Megan Hubbard, jogscotland corporate challenge, 9a South Gyle Crescent, Edinburgh, Eh12 9EB. Once the cheque is received your registration will be processed from reserved to full registration.
