It's that time of year when your thoughts begin to turn to Christmas ... gulp! You know how busy you will be during the festive period, so why not de-stress by joining a jogscotland group?

To find your local group please click here, or maybe you are after tips and advice on training or perhaps you want to enter a race or two before Christmas? Whatever your jogging needs are, we will try our best to support and advise.

With over 13,500 members in 300 groups in local communities and workplaces we are getting bigger all the time! Our Co-operative sponsored Junior jogscotland programme is going down a storm with over 800 Primary Schools and Youth Groups around the country already with junior jogscotland resource packs and literally tens of thousands of children already taking part in the games based activity programme!
