2008 Dates and Venues
They are coming ... the 2008 Co-operative jogscotland Summer 5k Challenges entries now open!
Make sure you put these dates in the diary as these events are not to be missed! Last years Co-operative jogscotland 5k challenges series saw 4,200 Scots taking up the challenge and crossing the finish line with big smiles on their dials. These 5k challenges encourage people of all ages, shapes and fitness levels to get out and have a go. Plus you get a medal, race t-shirt and a fantastic goody bag...so the question is why wouldn't you want to take up the challenge?

Volunteering at the Events
Not running but still want to be part of the jogscotland events? All running events rely on a good team of volunteers and their help is invaluable to the smooth running of the event! This year we are looking for people to help give out the goody bags at the end and to marshal to ensure everyone goes the right way. If you do wish to put your name down to help out at your local event please email Elaine Boyd on elaineb@scottishathletics.org.uk
