Take the challenge - walk, jog or run a 5k in 2009
Are you looking for a new challenge in 2009? Something to do on a Tuesday or Wednesday night? Then register for one of the The Co-operative jogscotland 5k's!
Held mid-week in the summer evenings with junior runs before the main 5k’s, goody bags, medals, exclusive event t-shirts, prizes and entertainment, they are events that the whole family and community can enjoy.
Use it to go for a P.B; as a training run; or just for fun, it doesn’t matter. It’s all about being active and involved in the fun that only jogscotland can deliver!
